Good ideas! I didn’t see this one, but I might add “How do you broach the topic of mental health with a loved one you fear is suffering?” Or maybe even, “How do you identify and compassionately help children with mental illness?” Ideally without just slapping a label on them and shuffling them off to a specialist… I feel more work needs to be done in this area to teach our society at large how to care for people quietly suffering in the dark. <3

Not sure if you have ever heard of Joyce Meyer and her book the battle of the mind but it has really helped me become an overcomer through Jesus. I highly recommend it if you have not, these are great ideas and I’m glad you are inspiring others to talk about this.

Hi, great post and ideas. I’m fairly new to WordPress and blogging. I help a few local groups to utilise the Internet in their efforts. I have Cyclothalmia, on the bi-polar spectrum, and am trying to find out if there’s any sort network, focal point or hub that to encourage blogging as therapy. Be great to hear from anyone who knows of or has experience of use or blogs. Best Stephen
