Autumn is my favourite season and I tend to go a little crazy when it comes to purchasing new fashion pieces, as you will see when you read this post. I like to stock up on new clothes and shoes for the colder months. My fashion game really steps up a notch this time of year and I get so excited to wear more layers and showing off fabulous outfits. I felt like I didn’t have anything to wear so ended up buying a fair amount. Please keep reading if you want to see what I’ve bought lately. Expect knitwear and bags, lots and lots of bags.
Black knitted jumper: 12 Euros- I got this jumper from a Primark in Portugal and was immediately drawn to this jumper when I saw it at the front of the store. It’s so soft and is gonna be so cozy this winter, a real bargain!
Brown knitted cardigan: £10- A lot of my outfits are all black so I wanted a cardigan that was a different colour. I love browns and nudes so went for this cardigan from Boohoo.
Green Sweatshirt: £10- I had to join the longest queue for this jumper from Zara but it was so worth it. It’s quite thin but adds an extra layer without making you too hot.
Black T-Shirt Dress: £10- I saw this black t-shirt on ASOS and the slogan suited me perfectly so ordered it in a size M because I wanted it to be a little oversized. However, it’s really long and comes down mid-thigh and I’ll wear it as a dress with some over the knee boots.
Plum Checked Shirt: 7 Euros– This shirt was also from Primark in Portugal and I think the plum colour is gorgeous. They only had 2 left which weren’t my size, fortunately I found one in a 10 randomnly placed somewhere so picked it straight up. I haven’t seen this in a Primark in the UK so I had to get it in case it wasn’t available back home.
White Leopard Lips Tee: £2.50- I’m a sucker for a white graphic tee and leopard print so I put this straight into my basket when I saw it in Primark.
Red Slogan Tee: £4- To add a bit of colour to my wardrobe I picked up this red tee, also from Primark. I had planned on wearing it in Portugal last week with a denim skirt but didn’t get chance.
Leopard Print Tube Skirt: £8- This leopard skirt will look lovely with a black jumper and tights for winter. I picked this up from New Look.
Hollister Denim Skirt: £20- I needed a plain blue denim skirt so got this Hollister one from ASOS. It was a little bit longer than I wanted so cut it slightly.
Blue Ripped Skinny Jeans: £17.99- In autumn/ winter I don’t like wearing light denim so I decided to get some more darker jeans to wear. This pair is from H&M and thought they’re a great price.
Black Ripped Skinny Jeans: £14.99- My go to recently has been black jeans so I decided to pick up another pair but with rips in them for an extra edgy look. These were also from H&M and so affordable.
Black Coated Skinny Jeans: £20.00- I ordered 3 different pairs of black coated skinny jeans on ASOS to compare which I liked better and these from Stradivarius were my favourite. They are really stretchy and comfy.
Black Ankle Boots: £27.99- I love a good staple ankle boot. These black ones are from New Look and are replacing a beaten up pair I already had. The heel height is about 2.5cm so they give you a lift without being awkward to walk in and I managed to wear them all day on a shopping trip and they were very comfy.
Red Check Scarf: £6.00- It’s so soft and cozy, I couldn’t resist this lovely checked scarf from Primark. It looks very autumnal with the red and tartan print.
(I like bags ok)
Leopard Print Canvas Bag: £3.00- I saw this bag as I was queing at the checkout in River Island and thought it would be perfect to throw in a towel and swimwear for when I hit the beach on holidays. At £3.00 it’s a lot cheaper than buying a beach handbag and it looks really cute and stylish.
Black Quilted Bum Bag: £25.00- One of three black quilted bags I’ve brought recently, is from Victoria’s Secret. I thought it’d be great for on holiday whilst keeping my hands free.
Black Quilted Mini Rucksack: £39.00- This mini rucksack is replacing a similar one I had from River Island which is now broken. It’s also from Victoria’s Secret and I’ve used it a lot already.
Leopard Print Shoulder Bag: £32.00- I received this River Island bag as a gift from my other half and I bloody love it. It looks sophisticated and gives something extra to a plain black outfit.
Black Quilted Mini Cross Body Bag: £28.00- I’ve had this Aldo bag on my saved list for ages on ASOS and when it dropped from £40.00 to £28.00, I had to snap it up. It looks really classy and won’t hurt my shoulders.
Those were my new fashion pieces for this autumn. I’m still on the looking out for a black aviator jacket and some over the knee boots. Other than that, I’m really happy with my wardrobe at the moment. A lot of these were a real bargain I believe so I don’t feel too guilty about buying so much. I hope you enjoyed seeing what clothes and accessories I’ve brought. Thanks for reading XOXO.
