July Beauty Favourites

Let’s just address the elephant in the room and say, it’s frickin’ August tomorrow! How on Earth that’s possible I don’t know. This year has gone so fast, like no other. I am pleased July has come to an end though because that means No Buy July is over and let me tell you, I’m so ready to do some shopping! As I hadn’t brought any new products all month (shocking I know) I’ve felt a bit uninspired to do many beauty posts. I still, however, found some favourite products that I’ve discovered and loved this July.

 L’Oreal Paradise Mascara

On my recent Testing Hyped Up Makeup Products post, I used the much loved L’Oreal Paradise Mascara and fell in love instantly. Go see that post if you want to see how good my lashes looked after just one coat. I’ve been using this mascara ever since and will even go as far to say it’s my favourite one EVER.

 IT Cosmetics Brow Power

I received an IT Cosmetics Brow Power in Universal Taupe from a beauty box a while ago and never reached for it until this month. The colour is ideal for my light brown brows and I like the spoolie on the end to comb my hairs. It gives my eyebrows a filled but natural effect. I’ve used it throughout July so I needed to include it in my favourites.

Too Faced Hangover Primer

When it comes to primers I can be quite picky. I like it to feel good on my skin and not greasy like some primers I’ve tried. This Too Faced primer was nice and creamy, as well as providing a tacky base for my makeup. As I only have a mini one of these primers I have been using it sparingly for days when I want to make an extra effort. It’s pricey too so I think I would wait until it was on sale to buy it.

Lancome Energie De Vie Liquid Moisturiser

For skincare I have recently been using this Smoothing & Glow Boosting Liquid Care from Lancome. You’re suppose to use in place of your regular moisturiser but I added a few drops onto my face beforehand. Once massaged into my skin, I instantly noticed a difference. My face looking brighter, glowy and even a little plumper. I’m so sad I only had a mini of these as it didn’t last me very long but I’d definitely be interested in purchasing this again. It’s soooo good.

Those were my beauty favourites from July. I hope you enjoyed reading this. If you haven’t already, you still have time to enter my giveaway which ends on August 12th. Thanks for reading XOXO.
