Products Empties

Just another post showing you what products I’ve used up. I had to get this post up as the stash of empties was growing rapidly. Although, these posts seem to be coming thick and fast as everything appears to finish at the same time. There’s always a feeling of a sense of pride when I do a product empties post as I feel like I’ve not just wasted my money on something I haven’t used.

Make up wise I’ve managed to use up 4 products. The first is the two L’Oreal foundations that I always rave about, the True Match and the Infallible Total Cover. If you saw my Post Christmas Sales Haul you would have seen I had repurchased these. I also finished up a MAC Prep & Prime Skin primer sample which isn’t too much of a challenge as it was only 6ml but I’m still happy to go through it. I’ve got draws full of minis and samples so it’s really pleasing to use some up. Lastly, I’m throwing out this L’Oreal Mega Volume Collagene mascara (try saying that 3 times fast) as it’s old and dried up

Not very exciting but I used up this Nivea Double Effect anti-perspirant. I’ve repurchased this a few times as it leaves my underarms smelling fresh all day. I also used up a LYNX Attract spray which I like to use after I’ve moisturised as the scent lingers for longer. It’s so useful for a quick freshen up. On my November Favourites post I featured this Love, Chloe perfume sample because I adored the fragrance and it’s so long lasting. Well, I finished it which is a bit gutting but I want to get rid of all my samples.

Here’s a very satisfying skincare empties with 3 full size bottles and a sheet mask. I got through a Simple micellar water which I love as it’s so kind to my skin and really effective and getting rid of my make up. A product that I was determined to finish so I can use all my new skincare goodies was this Dirty Works body wash. This surprised me as I didn’t think I would like it but I felt clean and fresh once I’d used this. As someone who hates having dry skin I try to moisturise regularly so I do get through quite a lot of bottles. I like this Nivea Body Firming one as it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and soft. It doesn’t leave a greasy residue on my skin and it’s really affordable. Through myLatest in Beauty box I chose a peel off mask. This was perfect for a pamper night and left my skin feeling so moisturised.

The last product empty in a catergory all of it’s own is this Toni & Guy Heat Protection Mist. I like it as makes my hair feel protected as well as being soft and shiny.

That’s it for this product empties, I am one step closer to having a less cluttered room and I’m itching to try my new Soap & Glory gift sets. I like to use up my older products first so I’m working my way through them. If you would like to see what products I want to use up next you can read my Project Pan for 2018. I hope you enjoyed this post. Thanks for reading XOXO.

That’s great to use two full foundations. What did you think of the Simple micellar water? I use the Bioderma but would love to find an option I didn’t have to order.

I mix the two foundations together and I really like the Simple Micellar Water it feels gentle on my skin but gets rid of my make up 😊
