Project Pan | Summer 2018

As I continue the quest of having a stash of products I absolutely love I am setting myself the goal to finish off more products that are taking up space in my collection. Unlike my previous Project Pan, this time I’m going to set myself more realistic goals by focusing on a smaller selection of products that have a chance to be used up.

I’ve marked on the products how full they are at the start of the project so it’ll be easier for me to compare how much has been used up when I come back for the update. The first product is my Collection Setting Spray which is a good affordable spray but I have so many that I need to get rid of some. Since the warmer weather has come, I’ve been a bit negligent with moisturising. I’m going to make a more conscious effort to do it by using up a Botanica Hand Cream, my Nivea Post Shave Balm and my Superdrug Coconut Oil. All are nice products but I have a lot of moisturisers which is overwhelming.

On the perfume side, I want to finish off the YSL Black Opium mini and a Hugo Boss Woman mini. The YSL Black Opium is nice but I have duplicates but I don’t like the Hugo Boss Woman very much as it’s overpowering at first and the scent is not my cup of tea. I also would like to finish off the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation as I don’t have a lot left but the shade is too dark for me so I like to mix it with a lighter one. Hopefully, the summer will be the perfect time to do this. Next on my Project Pan is the W7 In The Nude Palette (separate review here). It’s unrealistic for me to expect to pan all shades so I’ve chosen 3 that I think I can use up or at least see some metal base. You can still see some pattern on my Collection Bronze Glow which I’d like to be gone and I want the dent to be significantly bigger. The shade is too dark and orange for my skin tone but blended well the shade shouldn’t be too bad in the summer months. I also have a L’Oreal Color Riche Lip Liner which is very short at the moment so I want to use it all up. Finally, I would like to get rid of some of my BB/ CC Creams as I have a fair few but never seem to use them. The first one I want to go is this Garnier BB Cream in Original which is about half full. I have 2 others of these and I want my money’s worth.

Those were my picks for this Project Pan. I really like doing these as they give me the encouragement I need to use up products I already have and helps me to stay organised. I hope you enjoyed this post. Thanks for reading XOXO.
